I'm bored, you'll read it. :)

So, figured I would go ahead and update this. I'm bored and there's nothing else to do, so why not? LoL! Gonna be a busy week! Tomorrow I have my prenatal appointment (where I will figure out which date I come in this month to find out the sex), then after that I have to go up to the courthouse to turn in my community service hours as well as my driving class certificate. I will be so glad when all of that crap is over with, I only have ONE more 8 hour day of community service left to do. After that, my PO is going to talk with the judge to SEE if he can get me off of probation. Hopefully so, because if not...i'll be on it til November. Ugh! My parents and sister are also coming into town tomorrow, where they will be staying at the hotel/casino. We will be spending time with them pretty much all week. Should be pretty exciting!! :) Sometime tomorrow, I have to go to the mall to shop for my mom for Mother's Day. I already know what i'm going to get her, just gotta go pick it up. She's going to love it! :) Then on Friday, it's Tyler's Field Day at school. It starts at 8:30 in the morning, and my mom, dad, sister, Rob, and myself are all going to cheer Tyler on and have lunch with him too. Should be a pretty good day! I'm so proud of my little man, he's growing up so fast. The weekend SHOULD be pretty relaxing for the most part. Sunday (Mother's Day) we are driving to Texarkana to take my mom and dad out to dinner at Texas Roadhouse. My mom has never been, and she's always wanted to go. :) Gonna be giving her the gifts i'm buying this week then too! I am just going to try and make it as wonderful as I can, because I know she is going to have a tough time this Mother's Day. :( She always spent time with Mamaw Gloria on Mother's Day. <3

So, as far as the baby stuff goes...i'm hoping that we can schedule my gender determination ultrasound on May 19th. That will be 2 days after my 26th birthday and it will give me enough time to plan my shower and everything. I am pretty sure my doctor will let me schedule it then, she's very sweet and extremely understanding. :) I am just ready to find out what we are having, so we can start buying stuff for the baby!! I'm hoping for lots of pinks and purples. I guess we'll just have to wait and see though. I am really excited about my baby shower. I'm having it at Johnny Carinos (YUM) in Texarkana around the middle part of June. ALL of my family is going to be there, and a lot of my friends will be too. I'm expecting over 25-30 people at my shower, which is pretty big. LoL! I am going to be ordering a cake from this fabulous place in Texarkana called Edible Elegance. That's another reason why I need to find out the sex soon. They have to have the cake order in at least 2-3 weeks in advance, because they are so busy with orders. I don't know if we will be playing any baby shower games or anything like that at my shower. I will leave that up to my mom and sister to decide. All I know is that we will be eating Italian food, having some delicious cake, and visiting amongst very great company. :)

First blog.

So, my cousin created one of these and I figured I would too. I used to write all the time on Myspace, but since no one really uses that anymore, figured this was a good way to keep up with everything that is going on. As i'm sure almost ALL of you know by now, i'm pregnant. :) I am almost 14 weeks, and very excited about everything. We will find out the sex of the baby on (or around) May 26th. I am hoping for a girl, but will be happy either way. :) I'm having my baby shower in Texarkana on June 13th at Carinos...(mmmm, yum..haha) I'm hoping that everyone I am inviting will be able to make it, it's going to be a lot of fun. Special thanks to Marki for making the baby shower invitations. <3 I will be sending them out sometime next week, so be on the lookout.

Everything has been happening so fast lately. Tyler's last day of school is May 25th and then he's out for the Summer. I can't believe he's graduating kindergarten already! My little boy is growing up. :( We are really excited about moving into the new house in June. The new houses are absolutely beautiful and there is so much more space!!! We will have our own garage, a huge backyard, and at least 3 bedrooms (maybe 4). I can't wait!!! We will have more carpet than tile in the house which also makes me happy because cleaning a house with ALL tile floors is very exhausting. LoL! I am hoping to get a lot of things bought for the house AND the new baby over the next couple of months. We are all very excited about the changes that are coming, and I know it's going to be great. :)

I am so very worried about things going on with my family right now. It's been a very hard year for everyone in my family. Sadly, we lost our precious Mamaw Gloria a couple of months ago. We all miss her so very much. I am thankful that she isn't suffering anymore, I just hate that everyone is hurting so much. On top of that terrible tragedy, my brother is currently in the hospital. He had some fluid on his lungs and after being at Wadley for almost a week, they had to transfer him to St. Michael's. He had fluid drawn off of his lungs only to find that it was blood tinged. We are all waiting to find out exactly what that means, and what they are going to do. Please everyone pray for my brother. I am also worried about my mom. She has been through so much in the past 6 months, and now she has some personal things she is worried with. I am not going into details, because it is not my place. I just want everyone to pray for my family. I love all of them so much, and we are all very close. We all lean onto each other when things are tough, and I am praying that the strength and love of our bond will help pull us all through this once again. <3

I suppose that is enough for now. I will also be posting updates on my pregnancy, and some of my poems/writings. Keep checking back. :)
